Hi Kali,
Thank you for your question and welcome to EmpowHer. Unfortunately, there is no definitive answer as fibromyalgia is a diagnosis that causes different pains to different people: some debilitating while others can do exercises to prevent their pain. Here is an advocacy sheet about fibromyalgia from our site that may help provide you more detailed information https://www.empowher.com/fibromyalgia/content/fibromyalgia-advocacy-sheet-0.

If you are not currently seeing a specialist in fibromyalgia, I would certainly try and find one in your area and continue with treatment options as prescribed. You may also join one of our groups in relation to this illness as there is better information gathered from others suffering from the same illness. Please join our group here https://www.empowher.com/groups/fibromyalgia.

I hope this information helps. Trying to substitute medical advice with supplements that are not clinically trialed, you have to be careful. I could not find a pertinent website that provides medically approved information about your vitamin supplements.
Please keep us posted.
