I also have this pain, I've had several blood tests, ultrasounds on upper and lower abdomen and recently and endoscopy. I started off being sick with a cold around mid May and ever since I've had these chronic pains. The doc did find that my b12 levels were low but wasn't sure why, he immediately thought I was anemic or had an iron deficiency. But none were the case. Something showed up in the endoscopy how ever the doctor does this that all of this could've been caused from my stress and anxiety problems. But really who knows.
