I thank you and the "mystery guest writer" for sharing her perspective on mammograms. We are bombarded with recommendations, statistics and changes in screening protocols by various advisory boards. It can be confusing and overwhelming. But, at the end of the day, we must each make the personal choice to be screened or not be screened.
