I have been there myself. I think the best way to know would be to take a pregnancy test to ease your mind. I get stressed sometimes thinking what if I do get pregnant and the possibilities that will happen in the aftermath of the pregnancy, that my periods get normally delayed. Recently, they have been irregular due to stress and anxiety from life's trials and tribulations (as expected). However, before anything, I think a good way to know would be take the test.
I am not sure of the remaining details such as when you last had sex, if you used protection (or if you had any sex at all) nor would I want to assume. However, I would emphasize that a pregnancy test will ease your tension and let you know if you are pregnant or not.
