It's odd that you have this pain after a bowel movement but yet there is nothing going on in your intestines. You say you had a colonoscopy? What kind did you have? Some colonoscopy exams only cover the lower part of the intestine. How long ago did you have this done?
I really think you should bring this up to your doctor again. Your gastroenterologist is the best person to determine what other tests need to be done.
