I am so glad I read your article and visited my M.D. he suggested the lowest HT possible dosage for me and now I am feeling so much better. My doctor spoke of HT treatments and was very clear on explaining to me that HT has come along way and that the lowest dose should help alot and there was no need to go any higher then that. I was so sick having the hot flashes. The hot flashed lasted for 10 min and I was having severe headaches along with feeling sick to my stomach every day. So thanks again this article was a blessing.
