I find intense excerise very difficult to attain not that I never did have a good work out I believe excerise is key to a healthy lifestyle.It took me at least 2-3 months to lose 30lbs from walking and eating properly.I am having a difficult time getting rid of belly fat. I am 50 years old and going through menopause so it is very difficult to get a decent workout for the belly area,any advice. I am having hot flashes also. Thanks Dr Carrie,it would be appreciated
