Jennifer, your message bears repeating over and over again. Some schools are very good in this department and others, not so much. My Daughter was diagnosed with Crohn's at age 17 and we were extremely lucky that her High School was well versed in 504 procedures. Had no issues with College either thanks to Campus Disability Services. Daughter is now 29 and has had some blips in the Adult Work World due to Crohn's but for the most part has been positive with the exception of a co-worker or two who don't get what it is like to have Crohn's and try to be 100% productive in the Workplace. I thank you for all you do in your Advocacy for Patients.
