Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. Stress can do a number on your health, and cause heart problems if you are under excessive or persistent stress. It may be a good idea to work on reducing your stressors in your life, and get a check-up at the doctor to ensure your heart and the rest of you is in tip-top shape.
