Guide

Hi,
Welcome to EmpowHer and thank you for your question. How long has this been going on? Do you have any other symptoms beside being constantly tired, lack of motivation and waking up with no energy? When was the last time you had a complete physical exam that included blood work?
I can only provide you with information and a suggestion, but not a diagnosis, Only your healthcare professional can do that.

Chronic fatigue syndrome is a condition of prolonged and severe tiredness or fatigue that is not relieved by rest and is not directly caused by other conditions. The exact cause of chronic fatigue syndrome is unknown. Some researchers suspect it may be caused by a virus, such as Epstein-Barr virus.
Other causes of fatigue include autoimmune disorders, hypothyroidism, infections, depression, multiple sclerosis and vitamin deficiency.
I strongly urge you to make an appointment with your healthcare provider to find the cause of your constant fatigue.
Please keep us posted on your condition.
