Thank you for you for sharing your experience. I did not have an ankle fused but I did have a navicular accessory bone removed in February of 2011. I am still dealing with pain and I have found great sneakers with New Balance myself. It offers great arch support and certainly helps during all the painful physical therapy sessions.
