Hi Anonymous,
Thank you for your question and welcome to EmpowHer. Usually, lytic is used as a secondary term to anteriolisthesis to describe possibly a fatigue fracture of your back...this terminology is also used to describe "the kind of damage" ....so in essence, a fracture caused bone slippage?

Other possible descriptors would be congenial (ex. you were born this way) to describe the type of injury. Does this help explain your MRI?
