Thank you for your question and for joining EmpowHER. Tinnitus is a condition that can occur at any time, particularly if you are exposed to loud noises, or sounds like music played at a high volume. People over 60 are more prone to tinnitus, but it can happen to anyone, young or old. There are some treatments that you may want to try, but you may want to see a doctor to rule out some underlying medical conditions that could be causing your problem.
