Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. Breast calcifications are found by mammograms and are very small bits of calcium which appear within the soft tissue of your breast. Calcifications are not breast cancer. These aren't always a sign of breast cancer.

Once you have calcifications, there are no treatments that are necessary…you should only have follow up appointments. Does this help answer your question? Calcifications are pretty normal and do not need to be “fixed” . If I misunderstood your question, please reply.
