Has she seen a doctor about the bedwetting? I'm not sure if you saw the link posted at the beginning of this thread, but I have reposted it below. As for the baby-like the pattern of the rubber pants, at 14 years of age, I would not get them. I think it might encourage any feelings she has (if she does) about wanting to feel more baby-like at bedtime.
