What you two did is called the "withdrawal method" of birth control, meaning you had sex (regardless of how far his penis went inside your vagina; regardless of how long his penis was inside your vagina). The effectiveness rate of the withdrawal (or "pull out" method) is between 75-85% for pregnancy prevention.
It is unlikely that you would be pregnant from this one experience. Please use a condom next time, as you don't want your decision to wait a few more months to have sex result in another pregnancy-scare! Good luck!
