Hi Linda,
Thank you for joining the EmpowHer community. As you may already know, pregnancy, childbirth and chronic heavy lifting can cause the pelvic organs, like the bladder, vagina and rectum to drop or sag. In addition to urinary incontinence, some women experience vaginal spotting, painful sexual intercourse, fecal incontinence and difficulty with bowel movements.
