An induced miscarriage is an abortion...it is just a nicer term. Women can have spontaneous abortions (miscarriage); again, just a more gentle term.
There are no foods you can eat, but there are medicines you can take, or other procedures that you can talk with your doctor about. It is important if you are pregnant to seek medical attention, as women can have partial miscarriages that can cause infection if not treated.
