If you are having sex...you can get pregnant. Pulling out is only 80% effective, if the male is actually good at knowing the timing of his climax. There IS some sperm in pre-ejavtulation. If you are worried about getting pregnant, use protection. Wearing your underwear after sex will not increase your chance of pregnancy. Sperm needs to travel into your body, up your vagina, and into your uterus. When a penis is in the vagina, the tip is at the cervix (opening of the uterus), so then with ejaculation the sperm is sqirted directly into the uterus.
