I feel your pain....I had the same experience and I felt I was being tortured from within. Indescribable pain which I vow never to go through again. I’ve got a pretty strong pain barrier having had 2 good sized boys with episiotomy (barbaric!!!) and that colonoscopy was fookin’ horrendous. I woke up in middle of procedure wrestling with 4 doctors and nurses who were trying to restrain me and the breathing tube was pulled out of my throat whilst awake. The doc said “wow you’re so resilient, I gave you more drugs than I’ve ever given anyone before ..to keep you sedated”
WTF!!!! I was crying uncontrollably and he was almost mocking me!! Wot a Twat!
I will stick pins in my eyes and go to sleep on hot coals before I EVER have THAT done to me again!!
Oh and just to top it off....I woke up to banded haemorroids and could hardly walk for a week! Yurghhh yak! Thrrrp!
