Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. It sounds like you are about to get your period, but in case you don't, make sure to keep track of these symptoms on a calendar, so you can keep an eye on your cycle. It's always a good idea to track your cycles so if a problem is present, you can easily explain to a doctor what's going on. If you don't have a period for 90 days, a doctor will want to see you.
