Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. We cannot diagnose you, but it sure does sound like you are experiencing some type of gastric disturbance, regardless if it is a "bug" or something you ate. When things like this happen, try resting all you can, drink clear fluids as much as you can to avoid dehydration, and follow a bland diet until you feel you can get back into eating your normal healthy foods. If stomach cramping becomes unbearable, you get a high fever, or you recognize other symptoms, get to urgent care or call your doctor.
