It's so funny reading articles about people with imperforate/partially perforated hymens and seeing how alike our experiences were. I'm 18, I'm about to start college, and I have only just started seeing a gyno. Unfortunately because of the recovery time I have to wait until winter break to get the surgery. I'm really afraid this is going to affect my self confidence and prevent me from being ~young and free~ my first semester of college... any tips? Moral support? At the very least I'm glad to see that other people have been through this and that it's really not that big of a deal.
