If your boyfriend was wearing boxers, how was he able to penetrate your vagina. If he was wearing a condom and it did not break, there was no risk for you becoming pregnant.
I do not think you were at any risk. Stressing out, which can cause a delay, and having irregular periods will understandably cause you to worry.
