Hannah, You have the right attitude there is no excuse not to excercise.I am a retired nurse and even bedridden patients were given Range of Motion excercises to soft music.I myself cannot afford to join a gym but I love walking because it does help me clear my head and relaxes me.It is so crucial to keep your muscles and joints strong and healthy because later on in life you will not be active as you wish you could have been.Life has a way of paying us back as we get older.
