Hi everyone! Believe me, I know your pain and there is nothing funny about it.
I started this thread and got my shot 9/9/10, as I recall. I am PLEASED (THRILLED) to say, I have been pain free in the shoulder and arm for two weeks now. Two whole weeks and I haven't even thought about it! The second piece of good news? I have not even gotten a cold this year, nevermind the flu :) Was that pain worth it-- those months of waking up everytime I rolled over in bed? I'll never know, cuz that was real pain-- the wincing kind at ever arm move. I was really strict about taking a multi and massaging the shoulder, regardless of how painful it was. I will still watch this thread whenever someone contributes; the pain IS real and really was awful. There is certainly no exageration going on here. Happy New Year to all. K
