I was thinking i over exercised since, i rode for so long and on a hilly road too but i thought the pain will go since i have rested yet i still feel it.
Actaully, I took another panadol and it helped alot. If i go to the clinic today i will only see a GP & not fertility doctor. So, first thing tomorrow i will go to the fertility doctor.
