I found out I had wheat and dairy allergies three years ago. I am also allergic to 36 other foods including eggs and most beans. Since I am a foodie I have spent a lot of time and money researching what causes gluten allergies and what foods taste good. Since most of the food is expensive and tastes lousy in the gluten free section of your Grocery store/whole foods I would like to share some of my finds and secrets I have learned so far.
