maybe you should take out a modest (do NOT purchase a large policy! -- too much scrutiny) life insurance policy on him. then, slowly--slowly--slowly, start adding a heavy metal poison to a beverage that he routinely drinks, one that preferrably has a "sugary" taste -- to mask the bitter taste of some of the more common heavy metals. Thorium tends to be a great toxin.
Make sure to allow several months to elapse from the time of the initial purchase of the insurance, just to further avoid scrutiny.
