Everyone that has this horrible thing take the step to have it removed by surgery, I born with that thing, I hate it for years, if you think it will go away you wrong, mine comes ever year, I'm so happy that I took the surgery, the recovery is long but now I can sit all I want, workout, even getting stress was causing it, get the surgery, is the best option!!!
