I'm so sorry that you're dealing with this!! It sounds truly annoying, especially if you are always scratching the bumps on your scalp and re-injuring yourself.
Because of your history, my first thought (and I know you have thought about this since you have tried so many products) is that you must be allergic to something in most shampoos or conditioners. I assume you have tried even baby shampoo?
Have you re-visited any of your dermatologists to ask about your scalp issues continuing? I am wondering if they recommend certain shampoos for those who are very sensitive? There are products called "chemical-free" and I'm wondering if he or she might know of them?
