I am 18 and have had the rash for the past 2-2.5 weeks; been to my college health clinic twice with only misdiagnosis to show for both visits, so I have resulted to the internet. I've found several sources that suggested using head and shoulders and normal hydrocortizone cream. I can't say for myself that it works, as I only started it today, but it may be worth a try in your case. I wish you the best!
