I know you probably don't want to hear this, but you really need to see a doctor and get some stronger medicine. Clogged sinuses can lead to a bronchial infection, which can cause a serious cough.
Could you go to a minor emergency center -- even during your lunch hour -- and get checked out?
One of the things your body needs most when you have the flu is REST, and it doesn't sound like you're getting any at all if you can't sleep at night and you're going to work during the day. Plus, you can spread the flu to anyone you come in contact with along the way. Is there a reason you aren't staying home and getting better?
