Oh Cathy, if only there was a "magic pill"...not just for you but for all of us. I'm glad to hear you sounding ready and determined to do the hard work ahead, that's a real plus. It also helps to have your doctor and case manager working with you and helping hold you accountable. All of this is great news from you, congratulations!
