My grandmas at her last stage im worried she has diabites and now she has kidney falure and im pretty sure liver failuer also maybe even cancer she wont tell us but tonight she said she is at her last stage she will not get better and that just tore a hole in my heart! Because she thinks shes going to die soon but shes only 72 so i think she has atleast 3 years left in her, hopefully im on 1w and i dont want to lose my grandma
