She may not be on denial. She knows her body so she just wanted to be more comfortable at home than staying in the hospital. Just be patient and be thankful every day that she’s alive. A lot of prayers and be positive in such a way that you show your unconditional love to her and your dad. It’s really hard, i’d been there before.
