Check with your doctor to see if you have low B12, iron or vitamin D. These have been a problem for me in the past. I also alternate doses to get a better fit. 100 was too much. 50 too little. So I rotate between 50 and 75 during the week per my dr.. Now, sometimes I switch to the higher dose when I expect to be doing more physically. I seem to do better on the higher side of normal.
