Thanks for your post Susan. I am guilty of grabbing the first thing I can find but I have recently discovered fiber plus bars and I gotta say, for something that helps you "go" they are very tasty and satisfying.

Water is always a great option because it can be so filling so a water bottle and snack bar usually do the trick for me. Looking forward for more snacks others use to curb their appetite.
