If there was no ejaculation near or outside of the vagina, you can be certain that you're safe from pregnancy. In order to become pregnant, sperm MUST enter the vagina and travel up to meet the egg in the woman's fallopian tubes.

It does sound like you're overreacting a little. But that's OK. In the future, if you think you may go further, you may want to have condoms on hand or even think about other forms of birth control. The anxiety is not worth it!!

Plan B is different with different women. You might be regular next month -- or it might take two. Either way, don't fret, ok? It's normal because it has an affect on the hormones that cause your period.
