I had the procedure done this morning. It wasn't at all like I thought it would be in the office. I received an injection and some medication to make me drowsy/relaxed. The procedure was fairly simple and lasted maybe 30 minutes. So far, I am about 5 hours out and I have been bleeding fairly heavy and very crampy. I was prescribed Vicodin, which I may end up taking. Other than that, I have just been laying around and sleeping all day to allow my body to kind of adjust. I have to make a follow up for the 6 month mark, so I guess time will tell if it was worth everyone's time/ money.
