Thursday will be the end of my third week. Discharge has almost stopped. I had a period during my second week and it was lighter, no heavy clots. I did have the bloating and weight gain afterwards that some women described that is thankfully receding. I guess its too early to say how successful this procedure has been. I am always amazed at how little education we receive holistically about how our health is affected by hormones. We really cannot count on the medical profession to care for us. We have to be proactive and do research ourselves. I now think of my doctors more as triage workers than someone I go to for advice. They don't have the time (or inclination it seems) to manage patient care themselves - not blaming here, just the way it is. I'm so happy I found this forum that provided so much helpful information to me for what to expect, watch out for, etc. Thanks everyone who has posted!
