I had the cryablation done yesterday (September 7, 2012) at my doctors office. I took 4 advils an hour before the surgery. First let me tell you each person has such different levels of tolerance of pain. I only felt a small cramp once he inserted the instrument. It felt like a pinch, then it was all over in 10 minutes. I just felt pressure and uncomfortable but no pain. After all was said and done I was even able to drive home. I felt fine and no cramping. Once I got home I took Advil and Tylenol alternating each every 4 hours. I was really expecting serious cramping and heavy bleeding but so far nothing like that. I was given a pad and slight watery discharge. I was told the discharge could last up to two weeks. Also the first period could be horrible, so I am expecting the worse and I will keep you posted in the next month or so. So far I feel good and the surgery was not bad at all.
