I had the same thing for 2.5 years, primarily in the vaginal area and I was miserable. In short, what CURED me was taking hydroxizine pills for the itch but the magic bullet was using Marcal brand toilet paper because it is unscented and most importantly unbleached toilet paper. I also tried Seventh Generation toilet paper -but for some reason Marcal did the trick. It took approximately 4 weeks, but I don't have any issues any more and it's going on 2 months now. I am trying to locate every blog so I can share this. Please respond and let me know if this helped you. Remember it took at least 4 weeks - so be patient.
