Of the supplements you are currently taking, only Folic acid and Vitamin E have recommended daily allowance levels. For Folic acid it is 400mcg and for Vitamin E it is 8IU.
Did you do research on all the other supplements? Have you spoken to a doctor about them?
Considering that you are interested in holistic health, have you considered consulting a naturopathic physician? They often work with herbs and supplements -- as well as other methods -- to try and help bring a client's body into good health head to toe.

And you didn't answer this: have you used or are you familiar with taking your basal body temp to see when you're about to ovulate?
