Hi i just had my right thyroid removed a month ago December 12,2016 and after 3 week i did see my doctor/surgeon for follow up check up and to my surprise he told me he need to open it again for another surgery to removed my left thyroid is that really normal? Now I started to wonder if my doctor is doing right. I would really appreciate if i hear something from anybody who had knowledge about it. Thank you
