I go through the same thing with my husband, I just let her rest a day between sexual encounters. When we first fell in love we did it like rabbits and we both were very sore. Ten years later we still go at it a lot but "she (vagina)" can't take everyday anymore. I use a little Vaseline and Neosporin on the outside of her after sex, it helps me a lot. Hope this helps.
