I've also had PCOS since 16 and have battled with it for as long as I know. One thing I noticed that helped me lose weight was by cutting down on carbohydrates, especially rice and using whole wheat noodles, and trying to walk at least 30 mins a day. For faster results, although it messed with my period timing, I tried one of those dietary teas and it worked because my form of PCOS makes me retain a lot of water. The only bad thing about losing weight that way is that unless you continue to take the tea, you will then gain the weight back really quickly, and it makes my stomach really hurt in the mornings and evenings.
