The biggest thing is balancing blood sugar levels which is also the hardest(to me anyways lol) and bad carbs. If you can stand it the south beach doet or a variation on it really works well. The first 2 weeks of that diet you'll see alot of weight loss because the main point of the first 2 weeks is to bring all your levels back to the starting point. My one complaint is I can't stick to it... I love bread way too much!! LOL Cheese toast is my favorite snack in the world and I want my sarah lee honey wheat and some real cheese not lowfat lol. Her journey thru PCOS is amazing and I would love to know what she did because obviously it worked.
