I had hiatal hernia surgery in June, laporoscopic surgery. I was on a liquid diet for one month an then soft food. My stomach was 70 present herniated. Stomach was wrapped around the escophis an stitched. I have had a feeling of a knock in my throat every sence surgery. Then when I went on regular food at times I would throw up emediately after I ate, undiegisted food. As time has passed I got worse, said so bad it would gag me an I throw up. Sometimes worse than others.
The knock in my throat never goes away, often almost gagging me. I just got a upper GI, an now I have a smaller hernia. Going back to surgeon, worried. Wake up in the night can't make it to the bathroom in time throwing up. This is periodically.
