Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, one of the things that comes with the territory of having a tilted or "tipped" uterus is pain during intercourse also known as dyspareunia. The reason why you sometimes may feel this pain is because your partner's penis is hitting your uterus (this may also be where the noise is coming from).

Even though you have had partner's larger in size than your current one, deep penetration actually depends less on the penis size and more on the sexual position. Positions such as woman on top and doggy style are positions that allow for the penis to go in deep enough to hit your urethra, bladder, or cervix- and it is not a pleasant feeling. In order for this to not interfere with your sex life, you may try suggesting that when you and your partner engage in these positions, he not go all the way in. The bleeding experienced after may have been caused by the trauma during sex.

I would suggest seeing your doctor about the pain and discomfort this is causing you to see what the treatment plan may be. Some physicians recommend surgery to correct the problem in those who experience extreme symptoms. Good Luck and I hope I answered your question.
